The Intermediary agent, company or other body is also obliged to the same obligations of timely payment. Large groups of travelers are subject to the payment terms of carriers, hoteliers and other service providers.

TRAVEL PRICES - SURCHARGES etc. The prices of the trips, stated in the Company's current form, are calculated on the day the price list / form is issued, based on the cost lists of the services, the applicable fares / surcharges, taxes, the exchange rate of foreign currencies with the Euro, as well as any other cost factor. The Company, having exhausted all possibilities of prediction, reserves the right to readjust the prices when the above cost factors change, due to extraordinary and unforeseeable increases before the departure of the trip. In the event that for the above reasons the value of the trip increases, the Traveler has the right to accept the corresponding increase or to cancel his participation without cancellation fees if this increase exceeds 10% of the total value of the trip, and to have the money returned to him interest free. The same condition also applies to the reduced participation (under 20 people) in the trip, as well as to any fare difference in the event that the group tickets have been filled and the Carrier or the hotelier requests a higher fare or rent for the additional seats. The Company has the right to discount pre-registration or make available 'last minute' seats in order to carry out the trip without the right of the other travelers to claim a similar discount.

OBLIGATIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TOURIST AGENCY (COMPANY) The Company has an obligation to coordinate and execute in the best possible way the trips it offers to Travelers by mediating between the travelers and any third party that provides the services (carriers, hoteliers, agents, etc.), not has and cannot have direct control over them, therefore responsibility. The Company is not responsible for wrong actions and omissions of third parties and their partners, for irregularities in the provision of services and for extraordinary situations such as: cancellations, delays or changes in routes of means of transport (planes with regular or extraordinary charter flights, ships, cars, trains etc.), due to blockade of areas, other strikes and any other reasons mentioned. Airlines can bring possible changes without any warning. For this reason of possible short or long delays, for technical, meteorological or other reasons, travelers should not schedule meetings or visits of their own, on the days of transfers/flights. Our company simply has an intermediary role. The terms and rules of air travel, which regulate the responsibilities and obligations of airlines (whether operating scheduled or charter flights), are defined by the International IATA Convention. The Company is not responsible for emergency situations, strikes, blocking areas due to weather, sanitary, terrorist, war, toxic conditions, earthquakes, hijackings and other similar cases of force majeure and for any damage, accident, loss of life or property. The Company will exhaust in every way assistance for the continuation of the trip or repatriation of the travelers, but without responsibility or financial burden which will be borne by the travelers as if they were traveling individually facing similar emergency situations. In particular, travelers in the region are advised to be at the departure points a day before in order to deal with route changes or other emergency problems. In cases of defective service provision, an immediate report should be made to the escort and, if not provided, to the local agent with notification to the Company, in order to correct the problem. Otherwise, the problem should be reported in writing to the Company with the return and within 10 days, attaching each item for its justification. Minimum participation for all trips is twenty (20) adults. If this number is not filled, the Company has the right to cancel the trip and inform the Travelers up to six (6) days before the start of the trip and refund the money they had paid without any other obligation, unless accept the difference from reduced participation. The configuration of the trip, services and prices are considered to be those mentioned in this sales contract (receipt of payment for the trip), which the Traveler or Intermediary accepts unconditionally upon reading it. The final travel program is considered what the Travelers or Intermediaries receive and accept, with the informative travel documents, 2-3 days before departure with any possible extraordinary changes, and they have an obligation to notify the group they signed up for the trip.

OBLIGATIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAVELERS Participation in group trips requires appropriate social behavior and for this reason it is necessary for Travelers to fully comply with the travel program and the instructions of the escorts or local guides, as well as their timely arrival at the gathering places for the various benefits of the program (flights, transfers, guided tours, excursions, meals, etc.). The delay and inconsistency of the Traveler may result in the loss of the excursion, transportation or meals, without having the right to compensation or refund for the services not provided to him due to his fault, and he will have to rejoin the rest travelers or to repatriate at his own risk and expense. The Company will make every effort to assist him. You should be at airports, ports, stations, etc. at least two (2) hours before departure. If no companion is provided for the trip, the Traveler must confirm on the spot the next flights or other itinerary with the transport company and confirm at what time and from which airport, port, terminal, station, his/her journey takes place. Any loss of the means of transport, due to the Traveler's delay, or voluntary interruption of the trip, entails the loss of the entire trip if it is not possible to reconnect with the rest of the group with the help of the company but at his own expense (another ticket, etc.). Any movement of the traveler outside the group is solely the responsibility of the traveler. In the same way, the Company is not responsible for travel services that were not provided to the Traveler due to his own negligence or responsibility, illness or accident. The transporters, hoteliers and other service providers as well as the Company do not accept the refund of the money paid for reasons of illness, accidents, medical procedures, etc. and we recommend the Traveler to be insured for such an eventuality. Regardless of its obligation, the Company will assist with any refund only if the providers accept the supporting documents provided. If the Traveler is unable to participate in the trip for which he has already paid an advance or paid off, he may assign his reservation to another person of his own, with the conditions for participation in the specific trip, no later than six (6) working days before departure, while especially for sea transport, the above deadline is ten (10) days before departure. In the event of any outstanding balance of the value of the trip or any additional costs thereof from the relevant assignment, the assignor and the assignee are jointly and severally liable towards the Company for the payment of the relevant amount. Especially in the case of air carriers, it should be noted that it is not possible to change the name of the passenger, but only to cancel the existing reservation and book a new seat, if possible, with a possible charge. The Company bears no responsibility in the event that a new position is not found. The resulting cancellation of the reservation will be made in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.

TOURS - EXCURSIONS - MUSEUMS - OPTIONAL On the Christmas, New Year, Halloween and Easter tours, visits to museums and other archaeological sites may not take place or take place on a different day than the scheduled one, due to holidays and their non-operation. The price of the trip does not include entrance fees to museums, archeological or similar sites unless otherwise stated in the trip program. In the optional guided tours / excursions / events that are decided to be organized and paid for abroad, a minimum number of participants is required. The Company is not responsible for the realization, the prices and the services that will be offered and it is at the absolute discretion of the travelers whether or not to participate in the optional excursions or other events abroad. The program and duration of the guided tours varies and is determined by the tourist and guide agencies of each place.

HOTELS - ACCOMMODATIONS - SHIPS AND OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION All the accommodations used by the Company have the legal and valid operating license from the competent authorities of any country where they operate and the rooms that are booked are standard. Prices usually do not include accommodation taxes and city taxes. In Greece the accommodation tax per room/suite and per night is: Hotel 3*: €1.50, 4*: €3.00, 5*: €4.00 and based on the relevant law is paid by the customer directly at the respective hotel. Their selection is based on the criteria of their location and the services they offer, combined with the selling price of the trip. There is no single internationally accepted criterion, hotels may differ from each other, even if they belong to the same category. Most hotel rooms are made for two beds or a double bed. Therefore, triple or quadruple rooms are essentially doubles with an extra bed. They are usually not particularly comfortable and the extra bed can be smaller than the regular sofa or split sofa. The rooms are delivered by the hotel usually between 14:00-16:00 and are available to the occupants until 11:00 on the day of departure. In some cases, hotels ask for a credit card or cash as a guarantee for possible internal consumption (minibar) where the traveler-provider credit relationship arises for any consumption not foreseen by the program during his stay. If the Traveler wishes to enter the room earlier or depart later, he must pay the relevant charge to the hotel, subject to availability. For individual trips, in case of late arrival at the hotel, after the day or time of the Traveler's scheduled arrival, and as long as he has not informed about it, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and make the room available to others for the whole the period of detention. In the case of overbookings on the part of the hotel, it and the Company will make every effort to accommodate the travelers, in accordance with the regulations in force in the host country. When traveling abroad by coach, the seats change daily. It is known in advance and expressly agreed that the airlines and for their own reasons (aircraft breakdowns, etc.) sometimes charter the planes of another airline for their flights, change the flight schedules from morning to afternoon and vice versa, as well as the their aircraft types. These changes are acceptable to IATA and do not constitute a right to cancel the trip without the payment of cancellation fees by the travelers.

PASSPORTS - ENTRY VISAS (VISAS) - HEALTH PROCEDURES ETC All participants in foreign trips are required to have a valid new passport. In the countries that are part of the Schengen Agreement, you can also travel with police IDs with Latin characters. The parent accompanying a minor child alone must bring with him a certified authorization in English from the other parent, who is not traveling. A similar procedure is followed in a case where the minor is not accompanied by any parent/guardian, in which case a certified authorization from both parents is required. In any case, our office does not bear any responsibility if the local authorities do not accept their entry into their country or the airline does not allow them to enter the flight. The Company recommends that you have your passport valid for at least six (6) months after your return. For some destinations an additional passport expiration is required after 3, 6 or 12 months. The period for early visa (visa) has been included in the deadline for declaring participation of each excursion as well as the health formalities, if these are required. The validity and issuance of all travel documents (passport, identity card, etc.) is the Traveler's responsibility and the Company bears no responsibility. Special attention is needed for minor travelers who must necessarily be provided with the required travel documents (passports, etc.). Also, holders of foreign passports must inform the Company in writing and contact the consular authorities of their country, as well as of the countries they will visit, in order to check whether they need a visa or any other documents for the countries from where they will transit or to which they will travel, as well as for their re-entry to the country they started from. Failure to ensure the timely issuance or visa of travel documents does not justify the cancellation of the traveler's participation without cancellation fees. The traveler is obliged to comply with the national provisions and regulations as well as the instructions of the national authorities. Our company bears no responsibility in the event that the traveler faces criminal prosecution, is summoned to appear before an authority, arrested by the local authorities, etc. The Company provides all information for trips where the International Health Organization requires vaccination, medication, etc. However, due to the frequent local epidemic changes and the medical personal data of each Traveler, he has the responsibility to contact the competent local health authorities for more responsible and valid information, or to his treating physician stating if he will travel to areas of extreme conditions of epidemics, cold, temperature, altitude or other similar local conditions. Due to the confidentiality of personal medical data – sensitive personal data – the responsibility to contact the relevant health authorities is the sole responsibility of the traveler. The traveler is obliged to be informed in time by the local health offices about the health regulations of each country, as well as about the vaccines or medicines that he may need to obtain. Customers with health problems should obtain their doctor's approval to travel by providing a medical certificate or a declaration that they are safe to travel. Our company bears absolutely no responsibility for illness, injury, loss of life, accident or other health emergency during the trip. In the event of a similar incident, the company will, as far as possible, try to support the victim, but is under no obligation to cover any absolutely related expenses and change the travel program, which will continue smoothly

INSURANCE The Company has concluded a group insurance policy for Civil Professional Liability, good performance, insolvency, for the return of the payments, and the repatriation of the travelers. The number of the insurance policy, the details of the insurer and the coverages are available to the traveler. It is emphasized that the group coverages are limited and limited by the international contracts of carriers, hoteliers, agents, etc. service providers. It is recommended for those who want to insure themselves for larger amounts, for life insurance, objects, accidents, etc., to take out an individual insurance contract for the amounts they wish. They must carry the 'European Sickness Insurance Card' from their insurance provider. We reiterate the need for insurance coverage of cancellations for cases of illness, accidents, etc., before or during the trip.

LUGGAGE The luggage is handed over to the carrier and collected under the responsibility and care of their owners, regardless of whether or not there is an escort from the tourist office. In the event of damage or loss of luggage, the IATA Regulations for airplanes and the corresponding international Conventions apply for every means of transport as well as for hotels, and the liability, in this case, is limited according to these Conventions. Our Company bears no responsibility for the contents of the luggage and any valuables and valuables and we recommend that they be insured accordingly or that you do not take them with you. Regardless of the type of travel (air, sea or bus), the Transport Company undertakes the transport for each traveler of only one suitcase of normal size and weighing up to 20 kg, unless otherwise stated (eg on US domestic flights there are charges for each suitcase) . In addition to luggage, the traveler is also entitled to a small piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 50X40X25 centimeters (length/height/width). If the traveler has excess weight or more luggage, the carrier may charge a surcharge and the traveler is required to pay on the spot.

CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation by the Traveler, cancellation fees or envelope costs are due, with the deadlines below, unless otherwise stated in the specific trip. Cancellations are made only in writing to the Company and regardless of the date of registration and departure of the excursion and are subject to the following charges per person (as long as it is not possible to assign the reservation to another person under the terms and conditions as mentioned above): Before of 21 days from the departure of the trip, € 50 for trips in Greece and € 120 for trips abroad, per person, for employment, administrative and communication costs regardless of cancellation time. From 20-15 days before the departure of the trip, 40% of the total value of the trip is withheld. From 14 to 07 days before the departure of the trip, 80% of its value is withheld. 06 days before departure until departure (non-show) 100% of the total value of the trip is withheld. In special air fares, when the ticket is purchased and cancelled, up to 100% of its value is charged, regardless of the time of reservation and cancellation of the seats. Different cancellation policies apply to cruises according to the terms of each company's contracts applicable to each voyage-cruise, which are available to you.
For individual / individual trips, different cancellation conditions apply according to the terms of each airline fare as well as the cancellation policy of each hotel, agent, etc. Charges are made regardless of the time of registration or whether the corresponding amounts have already been paid by the Travelers or not. In the event that one of the two people, who are going to stay in a double room, cancels his participation, apart from the cancellation fees because the traveler will necessarily stay in a single room, he will be charged extra for this use. He is also charged with the costs of participating in any conference, match tickets and other services requested on his behalf and their return is usually impossible.
It is particularly emphasized that during the high periods of Holidays, Easter, Summer, festive three days, carnival, Conferences, Sports, Artistic organizations and other similar movements, due to prepayments of fares, accommodation, tickets, etc. services, the cancellation fees regardless of the time of reservation or cancellation of seats, they can reach 100%.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT Any issues not covered by the above terms of participation will be resolved in good faith. The contract between the Company and the Traveler is governed by Greek law. The Company and the Traveler undertake to resolve in good faith and understanding any dispute that may arise. In case of failure, and if the amicable resolution of the dispute is not possible even then, the Courts of Athens will be competent.
