Competition Terms
#World of travel social media contest
1. The company with the name "World of travel" (hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY"), which is based, organizes a competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), with the following terms of participation (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
2. The Organizer has created an official account on the social network Facebook and Instagram where the competition will be held through a special application, through which the winner will be drawn electronically.
3. The Competition starts on 01/06/2023 and ends on 15/06/2023
4. It is clarified that Facebook & Instagram is not associated with, manages, promotes or enhances the Competition in any way.
5. No purchase of service is required for participation.
6. In order to participate, one must "register" in the newsletter of the company's website www.worldoftravel.gr
7. The winner will be announced by draw by the COMPANY on 6/17/23 and will be notified via email
8. During the electronic communication, the winner will be asked for his full details (name, full address, mobile phone number.) for the possibility of verifying the identity during the delivery of the gift. Personal data is managed in accordance with current legislation
9. The free service is specific, personal and non-exchangeable, nor can it be requested to be replaced with another or redeemed for money, at any price.
10. Furthermore, the COMPANY bears no liability, criminal or civil, to any winner or third party, for any accident that may occur and/or damage and/or physical or material damage that may be caused to them directly or indirectly related to the free service or for any other reason. The COMPANY is released from the obligation to provide the free service in the event that the conditions of participation in the competition have not been met in any way.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. The management and protection of the personal data of the user/participant in the competition is governed by the terms herein and the relevant provisions of both Greek law and European law.
2. The details of the participants, apart from the respective winners and runners-up respectively, are not disclosed to third parties (with the exception of where provided by the Law to the competent authorities only), but their personal nature is preserved.
3. The Company keeps files with these data exclusively for the purposes of communication, sending informative emails, statistics and improving its services.
4. In any case, the user/participant in the competition has the possibility, after contacting the competent department and establishing the existence of the personal file, to request its deletion, correction or change.
5. Participation in the competition automatically and unreservedly constitutes acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions, without any further charge or procedure.
The COMPANY reserves the right to modify the conditions of the competition, to change the prizes offered, to extend or shorten the duration of the Competition and without warning.
