Before the trip

Coverage of cancellation costs up to €1,000 in the event of cancellation due to serious injury with provision of first aid in outpatient clinics or hospitalization (excluding COVID -19) of the traveler himself before departure.
In this case, an official certificate/Opinion from a Public Body/Hospital is required.

Coverage of advance payment or repayment, in case of COVID-19 infection of the traveler himself, up to €700.
In this case, an official certificate/Opinion from a Public Body/Hospital is required. The remainder of the amount remains available to our company to carry out any organized trip you choose when you feel better.**

During the trip
Medical expenses and hospitalization expenses of the Insured (including diagnosis with an epidemic or pandemic disease such as COVID 19) , during the trip only. Coverage limit up to €10,000 for international trips and €1,000 for domestic trips and medical expenses for out-of-hospital care up to €500 .

Trip Interruption: Travel (return) expenses of the Insured
Travel (return) expenses of the insured due to premature interruption of the trip due to illness/accident, up to the amount of €1,000 for international travel and €500 for domestic travel.

Quarantine before returning to Greece
In the event that a traveler is diagnosed positive for the COVID-19 virus and does NOT require hospitalization, their hotel accommodation expenses are covered up to €1,500 for international travel and €500 for domestic travel.

Baggage Loss Coverage up to €300 (upon presentation of a certificate of loss from the air carrier stating whether compensation was provided or not and the amount thereof) and coverage of expenses for the purchase of essential items up to €200 (with the corresponding receipts of purchase), for a delivery delay of more than four (4) hours.

Additional coverages
Additionally, important conditional coverages apply to minor travelers in the event of an incident involving their companion, costs of managing and translating medical records and other bureaucratic documents & repatriation of a body.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Travel insurance is individual and covers only the traveler, up to 75 years of age for illness and without an age limit for accident .
The above coverages apply to trips outside Greece and except for the countries AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, SUDAN, SYRIA, BURUNDI, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, CHAD, LIBYA, MALI, NIGER, PALESTINE, SOMALIA, SOUTH SUDAN, YEMEN.

SECURITY COST

It is provided FREE to Group Travel travelers.

* For Solo Travelers, we recommend travel insurance, the cost of which varies depending on the destination and duration of the trip.
** When the sick traveler shares a double room, the single room charge, which is necessarily charged to his roommate, is deducted from the amount he is entitled to.
