BENEFITS

Before the trip

Coverage of cancellation costs up to €1,000 in case of cancellation due to serious injury with provision of first aid in outpatient clinics or hospitalization (except for COVID -19) of the traveler himself before departure.
In this case, an official certificate/Opinion from a Public Body/Hospital is required.

Advance or repayment coverage, in the event of the traveler's own COVID-19 infection, up to €700.
In this case , an official certificate/Opinion from a Public Body/Hospital is required. The rest of the amount remains available to our company to take any organized trip you choose when you feel better.**

During the trip
Medical expenses and hospitalization expenses of the Insured (including diagnosis with an epidemic or pandemic disease such as COVID 19) , during the trip only. Coverage limit of up to €10,000 for international travel and €1,000 for domestic travel and medical expenses for treatment outside the hospital up to €500 .

Trip Interruption: Travel (return) expenses of the Insured
Travel (return) expenses of the insured due to premature interruption of the trip due to illness / accident, up to the amount of €1,000 for international trips and €500 for domestic trips.

Quarantine before returning to Greece
In the event that a traveler is diagnosed positive for the COVID-19 virus and does NOT require hospitalisation, their hotel accommodation costs are covered up to €1,500 for international travel and €500 for domestic travel.

Baggage Loss Coverage up to €300 (upon presentation of a certificate of loss from the air carrier with a reference to the provision of compensation or not and the amount thereof) and coverage of purchase costs of essential items up to €200 (with the corresponding purchase receipts), for delivery delays of more than four (4) hours.

Additional coverages
Additional important conditional covers apply to underage travelers in case of incident to their companion, handling and translation costs of medical files and other bureaucratic documents & repatriation of body.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Travel insurance is individual and covers only the traveler, up to age 75 for illness and no age limit for accident .
The above coverages apply to trips outside of Greece and except for the countries of AFGHANISTAN, IRAQ, SUDAN, SYRIA, BURUNDI, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, CHAD, LIBYA, MALI, NIGERIA, PALESTINE, SOMALIA, SOUTH SUDAN, YEMEN.

COST OF SECURITY

It is provided FREE of charge to Group Travel travelers.

* For Individual Travel travelers, we recommend travel insurance, the cost of which varies according to the destination and duration of the trip.
** When the sick traveler shares a double room, from the amount he is entitled to, the single charge, which is necessarily charged to his roommate, is deducted.
