The suggested amount for Suites is $19.00 per person (age 3 and up), while for all other categories it is $17.00 per person (age 3 and up), per day. In accordance with international practice, the corresponding amount will be automatically charged to the passengers' accounts on board. Customers can adjust this amount (if they wish and if they are not satisfied with the services provided) by following the procedure indicated by the staff at the ship's reception.

- To complete the reservation and in accordance with the company's policy, it is necessary to provide the full details of all passengers as indicated on the Passport/ID card depending on the cruise you have chosen (Name, Date and Place of Birth, Date of Issue and Expiration, Issuing Authority).
In addition, it is necessary to send the contact details (Name and Mobile Phone) of a person (relative or friend) as an Emergency Contact. - To participate in the above cruise, it is necessary to have a valid passport.
- On some cruises to ports in the Western Mediterranean you can travel with a new type of ID card with Latin characters. Ask us about the cruise you are interested in.

- 89–83 days before the start of the trip: 100% refund, minus the required deposit amount
- 82–46 days before the start of the trip: 50% refund of the gross price
- 45 days or less before the start of the trip: no refund
