1st day: ATHENS - BALI
+
-
Today we depart for the most exotic destination in Asia, Bali, via a stopover.
Day 2: BALI (NOUSA DUA)
+
-
Day 3: NOUSA DUA – OLOUWATOU (KETSAK DANCE) – BALINESE DINNER
+
-
Breakfast at leisure until our midday transfer to Uluwatu. A famous epic Hindu love story (Ramayana), concerns the theft of a beautiful woman by a demon and the restoration of order by her prince husband and the leader of the monkey army. Somewhere at the end of the island, with the magnificent landscape of the ocean in the background, the sunset, the Uluwatu temple, the fire, the music, the monkey games with the people and the screams, create a soothing atmosphere that you should not miss! The performance takes place in an amphitheater overlooking the ocean at sunset. Dinner follows in a beautiful setting of a Balinese restaurant and return to the hotel.
4th & 5th day: NOUSA DUA (FREE DAYS)
+
-
Free days for relaxation and sea activities. We recommend that you visit the island's tourist capital, Kuta, with its numerous bars, local taverns (barungs), numerous markets for clothing and more, as well as the long beach - a magnet for surfers everywhere. Finally, don't forget to visit the beautifully landscaped Bali Collection area (in the same area as your hotel), full of shops, restaurants and bars.
Day 6: NUSA DUA - UBUD (KUTA / TANA LOT / LAKE BERATAN / ULUN DAN)
+
-
After your breakfast and having a pleasant journey to the center of the island, you will be transferred to the energy center of the world (according to many) the poetic Ubud. During our transfer we will have the opportunity to visit the coastline with the numerous small shops and bars of Kuta, to take photos at the impressive Tanah Lot temple (which is part of Balinese mythology and is one of the seven sea temples around the island, to worship the god of the sea and water). Built on top of a rock in the ocean, taking different shapes daily from the tide, it creates a wonderful atmosphere and a spot for unique photos. Our next stop is Lake Bratan, on top of a plateau (1,500 meters above sea level), known for the floating temple of Ulun Danu, dedicated to the goddess Danu (queen of waters, lakes and rivers). The temple is the most representative image of the island in all travel guides and is also considered the most important temple for those praying for fertility and prosperity. The calm waters intricately reflect the three sacred colors: red, black and white (representing the gods Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu), while the fine mist that rises from the lake and hovers in the air around the temple gives it a surreal appearance and unique beauty!
Day 7: UBUND - MONKEY FOREST - TEGALALANG RICE FIELDS - TIRTA EMPOUL WATER SPRINGS - TEGENUNGAN WATERFALL
+
-
Our morning excursion will have a first stop at the 27-acre forest with 340 monkeys, also known as Long-tailed Macaques. In the peaceful atmosphere of the forest, in addition to the 4 groups of monkeys, you will also find two temples, one of which houses the “Holy Spring”. We will continue with the famous Tegalalang rice fields (part of the cultural landscape of Bali and a UNESCO World Heritage Site), to admire the landscape of carved mountains, with emerald green fields cultivated by local farmers, while they continue to use the same irrigation system since the eighth century. (The spot is considered by visitors to be the most beautiful photo spot on the island). Our next stop will be the Tirta Empoul temple, with its 30 springs of holy water created by the god Indra for purification and preservation of youth. Prepare yourself, as tradition dictates, to be purified by the holy water!
Day 8: UBUND – DENPASAR – SHANGHAI
+
-
Seeing Shanghai, one understands what the postmodern cities of the future will be like. In the 6440 sq. km. of geographical area it covers, a miracle takes place that we will get to know in depth in today's tour. We will have our first acquaintance with the futuristic metropolis starting from the Jinmao Tower, a pearl of architecture with a futuristic design, which was the tallest building in China from 1994 to 2007, which will be the point from which we will enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the city. The picturesque China Town with its labyrinthine streets and shady Yew gardens will reveal to us the forgotten face of the modern metropolis. The Huang River, which separates East from West Shanghai and on its banks stands a multitude of impressive public buildings and monuments. The Bund, the boulevard-symbol of the city's prosperity, is only 1.5 km long but is adorned with a harmonious ensemble of buildings of excellent architecture, representing all European trends, such as Baroque, Ancient Greek, Neoclassical and Renaissance. A pleasant walk along the river, overlooking the impressive Pudong, with its gigantic skyscrapers, will bring us into contact with the city's extreme postmodern style. Next is the famous Nanjing Road. This is the main commercial artery of Shanghai, 5.5 km long, with more than 600 luxury stores, which satisfy the consumer mania of Chinese and visitors every day. In the evening we will enjoy our dinner in a traditional restaurant and then depart for the airport.
Day 10: SHANGHAI - FLIGHT TO ATHENS

Shortly after midnight we depart on a direct flight to Athens, arriving the same day.
