Our first stop will be at the American Cemetery, renowned as the largest and most beautiful American monument outside the United States. Then we will visit the old city of Manila via Scenic Roxas Avenue (also known as Dewey Avenue), we will pass by Luneta Park and stop at the ancient walls, the ruins of churches and the remains of the Spanish conquerors. We will wander the cobblestone streets to the San Agustin Church, considered the oldest in the country, and continue to the Spanish Fort Santiago at the entrance to the Pasig River, where the national hero Jose Rizal wrote his "last farewell." Then we will see up close the famous second most active volcano, the caldera and Taal Lake, located just 50 kilometers south of Manila and offering a unique landscape of a volcano that grows and roars within the remains of a prehistoric crater. Although it has had many violent eruptions in the past, it was designated the volcano of the decade, declared a national geological monument in 1998 and a national park in 2018. The name Taal comes from the Taal-Lan tree that grows along the river and lake and means true, genuine, and pure.

The entire volcanic region on the western tip of Luzon Island was formed by the subduction of the Eurasian plate, while subsequent eruptions created the "Island of Volcanoes" and the largest volcanic lake with an active crater in the world.

Our excursion starts in the city of Tagaytay, which serves all those who want to do some climbing, boating, or nearby excursions in the area.

The landscape is unique and captivating. During the excursion you will have the opportunity to rest and have lunch at a local restaurant.
