1st day: ATHENS – STOCKHOLM – CITY TOUR

Meeting at the airport and direct flight with AEGEAN AIRLINES to Stockholm, the impressive architectural capital of Sweden, which is built on dozens of islands and is called the Venice of the North. Arrival and guided tour of the city, during which we will see the City Hall, the Opera House and the royal gardens. Then we will walk through the old town of Gamla Stan, the most beautiful medieval city in Northern Europe and see the Palace, the Parliament, the imposing Cathedral and the Nobel Museum, dedicated to the eponymous prize and the inspirer of Alfred Nobel. After the end of our tour, we will visit the Vasa Museum, the number one museum in Stockholm (entrance fee included). Check-in at the hotel at the CLARION STOCKHOLM 4* hotel. Overnight.

Day 2: STOCKHOLM – FREE DAY

Breakfast and free day at your disposal for personal activities. Don't forget to visit the famous Stockholm Metro or enjoy a cruise in the Archipelago (individual expenses), where you will admire the view of the city of Stockholm from the sea. We will encounter approximately 24,000 tiny islands scattered between Lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea, of which only 14 islands are inhabited. Overnight.

Day 3: STOCKHOLM - UPPSALA

Breakfast and departure for Uppsala, which is the fourth largest city in Sweden and is the ecclesiastical seat of the country as the city is home to the Archbishop of Sweden. Our tour will start from Uppsala University, which is one of the oldest in Europe with a rich research project, where Celsius also taught. Some areas of the university are open to visitors, such as the old Observatory with the world-famous Uppsala Seismological Center. We continue to the Botanical Garden with its beautiful plants, statues and last stop, Uppsala Castle. Overnight stay.

·       Triple rooms in all hotels are, in essence, double rooms with an extra bed. They are usually not very comfortable and the extra bed may be smaller than the regular ones or a sofa or a fold-out bed.
